1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the apkp platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered account holders who access any of our services. Access to or use of apkp in any form constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

apkp reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date on which the Terms were most recently updated appears at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

To register and use any apkp service you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. apkp is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of apkp is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, whether maintained by apkp or any third-party responsible gaming organisation, at the time of registration or at any subsequent point while your account remains active.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of apkp or any affiliated entity.

apkp reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account with apkp at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts — for any reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited at apkp's discretion.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. apkp will not be held liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

3.1 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. apkp will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify apkp immediately by contacting [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations, apkp may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Verification documents may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account details)

apkp may impose withdrawal restrictions or suspend an account until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Documents submitted for verification are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the apkp platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). apkp supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your apkp wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. apkp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile financial service providers. You must only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. apkp aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating conditions. Processing times for card-based withdrawals may vary. apkp reserves the right to conduct additional security and KYC checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

apkp maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Players must not use the platform to deposit and withdraw funds without engaging in genuine betting or gaming activity. Suspicious transaction patterns, including repeated large deposits followed by immediate withdrawals without corresponding betting activity, will be investigated and may be reported to relevant authorities. Accounts where money laundering is suspected will be closed and funds frozen pending investigation.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on apkp are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. General betting rules applicable across the platform include the following:

• Bets are not accepted from persons under 21 years of age.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where an in-play cash-out option is offered and available for that specific market.
• apkp reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (palpable error). Voided bets are refunded at stake.
• In the event of a technical fault during the settlement of a bet, apkp will attempt to determine the correct outcome from available official sources. The decision of apkp's trading team is final in all such cases.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event, and account tier. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• apkp's liability for any single event or any single player is capped at the maximum payout limit applicable to that market, which is displayed at the time of placing the bet.

5.1 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on apkp covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, among others. Match winner, total runs, top batsman, top bowler, and Asian handicap markets are available subject to event availability. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs by weather or other external factors, standard cricket betting rules as published on the platform apply to settlement.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

apkp offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• apkp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where apkp has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting a bonus offer (bonus abuse), it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apkp platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for any purpose related to concealing the origin of illicitly obtained funds.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, including other players' accounts or backend systems.
• Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing apkp staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the apkp platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game content, odds data, statistical content, text, and design elements — is the property of apkp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the apkp platform without the prior written consent of apkp. Scraping, harvesting, or automated collection of data from the platform is expressly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apkp's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

apkp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any damage to goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, even if apkp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

apkp does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond apkp's reasonable control may affect platform availability. apkp will endeavour to restore service as quickly as reasonably practicable but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

10. Privacy

apkp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. apkp uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform experience. apkp does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

apkp is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your apkp wallet.
• Loss limits: Cap the total amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.

12. Amendments to These Terms

apkp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, apkp will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the registered email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. apkp makes no representation that the platform or any of its services are appropriate or legally permissible for use in any particular jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and apkp, you should contact our support team in the first instance. apkp will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts as may be specified from time to time by apkp.

apkp's decisions on all matters relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, account status, and rule interpretation are final. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
